 Cuinneog Gets a Fresh Look...

It’s great to hear how much our customers love our dairy products whether it’s our Cuinneog Butter or our refreshing and versatile Cuinneog Buttermilk.  It’s reassuring to know that the fuller flavour of these products stand out for our customers.

So we decided our branding and packaging had to stand out too.  Over the last few months we’ve embarked on a journey to really understand what our customers love about us so that we can put that “something special” into a new more modern look for Cuinneog.

With the help of Finola Howard from The Marketing Table we’ve been able to condense all that is special about Cuinneog into a simple phrase; Cuinneog, for the flavour… 

Following on from that we were then able to visualise what we wanted Cuinneog packaging and corporate identity to look like. We knew that we wanted it to be colourful so that it would stand out on the shelf and that it should be iconic, modern and fun.  So we added Anne Kelly from AK Graphics to the team and she worked with us to develop the packaging that you see today.

The modern Cuinneog has a distinctive orange wrapper with no less than 9 purple cows standing together, one of them curiously peeking out at you.

This process has allowed us to tell our story in a simple, visual and distinctive way.  It’s a brand that is versatile, much like our products and we look forward to sharing with you all the new ways in which we’ve discovered we can communicate what’s best about Cuinneog.
