Cuinneog Irish Country Butter is produced using traditional churning methods. It has a very distinctive and unique taste. Over a four-day production cycle, fresh pasteurised cream is fermented before being churned and hand wrapped. It is a creamy butter full of flavour. Cuinneog Irish Country butter is available in 250g and Cuinneog Farmhouse is available in 227g sizes.
